I am so appreciative of Harbor Rooter for fixing my plumbing problems. The two young men who came to my house were so nice and professional, and I was so happy that they were able to fix all the leaks. They even cleaned up before they left. I will always call this business with my plumbing needs.
I have employed Harbor Rooter three times (so far) in 2025. Each time, they've shown up on time for our appointment -- twice on very short notice. Staff have always been professional and personable -- and dedicated to getting the job done well and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Jeremy, his staff, and their services.
I called Harbor Rooter for a toilet issue. Jeremy scheduled me in 2 days later. On the day of the appointment, he called to say they were running about an hour late. Which was fine. Then called me again shortly thereafter to let me know they were now on their way. Excellent communication!!!! When they arrived, they both put on boot covers which was appreciated.
