I called Harbor Rooter for a toilet issue. Jeremy scheduled me in 2 days later. On the day of the appointment, he called to say they were running about an hour late. Which was fine. Then called me again shortly thereafter to let me know they were now on their way. Excellent communication!!!! When they arrived, they both put on boot covers which was appreciated.
