There are plenty of other roofers to pick from. This might be the most poorly run companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There is zero accountability for mistakes that were made on my roof. They will not stand behind their workmanship warranties. We had such a great experience with Nate and his crew! Communication was great and the job was complete in one day. We did the Fortified Roof program. Had Harbor Roofing to replace tile roof with metal after Hurricane Matthew. Could not have been more pleased with the result! Nate was extremely professional and measured everything, to make sure the roof was perfect! Had Harbor Roofing out to replace my roof and upgrade it to IBHS Fortified with a full ice & water shield under the shingles. Their crew worked fast and completed my large / steep roof in 2 days. NCIUA insurance approved the work and sent the rebate check a few weeks later.
We have had Nate and his team replace our roof back in 2020 and it looks as great today as it did when installed. We were so impressed with their work, we had them do a metal roof on our barn in 2023. Our annual inspection shows everything is as it should be. We have our third project scheduled with Roger to put shingles on our “country house” and look forward to another successful installation. We appreciate your hard work and dedication!
