Had Harbor Roofing to replace tile roof with metal after Hurricane Matthew. Could not have been more pleased with the result! Nate was extremely professional and measured everything, to make sure the roof was perfect! Had Harbor Roofing out to replace my roof and upgrade it to IBHS Fortified with a full ice & water shield under the shingles. Their crew worked fast and completed my large / steep roof in 2 days. NCIUA insurance approved the work and sent the rebate check a few weeks later.
We have had Nate and his team replace our roof back in 2020 and it looks as great today as it did when installed. We were so impressed with their work, we had them do a metal roof on our barn in 2023. Our annual inspection shows everything is as it should be. We have our third project scheduled with Roger to put shingles on our “country house” and look forward to another successful installation. We appreciate your hard work and dedication!
Horrible experience - they will provide you with a 10 year warranty that they have no intention of fulfilling (after doing a horrible job on the install - grading isn’t right, nails going through underlayment, boards were broken during install and never replaced, leak around chimney due to poor sealing, etc.). Harbor Roofing is a superior company to work with. The quality and detailing of their work is superior. I highly recommend Harbor Roofing. I would only use them for installation and any necessary repairs, such as hurricane or storm damage.
