Todd and team did a great job on our new roof installation. Our old original tile roof was worn and old looking and now it looks so good with the new GAF Timberline roof! He went over all of the details and unique features they offer that will insure that we have a long lasting, leak free roof well into the future in this harsh coastal climate we live in. Couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! See pictures for old vs. new. What a difference.
My insurance company sent me a letter saying my roof is over 23 years old and I had one month to replace it or I would be dropped. I interviewed 5 roofing companies for the job. Did a great job on our new roof. Showed up on time with 20 workers ready to go. Completed roof in two days. Thats removal of old roof new drip edge and vents plus repairs to wood and a new roof added. Great job and would highly recommend.
I have lived in the Panther Trace development for over 20+years. I have seen many roofing crews come and go. They arrive lolly gag around until told what to do. The crew from Harbor roofing was just the opposite. Todd's crew arrive right on time and immediately got to work. Had a metal roof installed Jan 2026. Owner is very nice and covers all details of the project. Scheduling was easy barring material delivery. Competitively priced, several options given for materials. Went with Milled finish to keep attic temps down. Crew was efficient and thorough. Answered all questions about the installation and unique areas of the roof. Highly recommend.
