Prompt care is not good. Sometimes they are nice and others times mostly rude and dont care. You get better care and treated with dignity and respect at elma urgent care
Best experience ever. Both Dr. Anderson were very patient and living with my twins who are very loud and chaotic. They both demand the room and there is a constant competition at play.
Personalized professional care. Rachel is phenomenal and the rest of the staff made me feel like I was their only patient, though I know that there are others. Thank you for being so attentive to my health needs.
One of the best experiences we’ve had at an Urgent care. We were visiting from out of town. They saw our son quickly and were just wonderful to him. Special thanks to Linda and Rachel, we’re grateful.
While the initial care and time spent in the clinic was pleasant, getting any follow up has been near impossible. I have been waiting over a week now for lab results for my toddler, only to have to call them for results.. then being told several times today they will call me back in X amount of time and still nothing. Just disappointing we don’t have anywhere decent to take kids for prompt care without having to drive an hour out of town.
