Quick and easy
My son had been in and out of other ER/Urgent care while he was severely sick with the Flu, as well as myself. We decided to try prompt care, a little wait as we got there mid morning but it really wasnt a bad wait the Staff were amazing from the Check in, Nursing Staff and the Physician Rachel took amazing care of us first place that offered any type of preventative medication to help symptoms. We also received a follow up call to check on an ear infection update. We appreciated Prompt Care and will return.
Update.... went up there for the third time, it is 1042am and they have reached their quota and I was turned away, again!!! This is the most ridiculous "urgent care" I've ever dealt with. Definitely will never try Harbor Regional Health again. I'll stick with Elma. ::I've tried multiple times to go up the aberdeen urgent care. Online, the hours say they close at 3. But after going up there, the sign in the window says they close at 1. So I drove to elma and get seen. After a week of no improvement i try our urgent care again... read more
If you are a veteran, make sure you tell the receptionist that you have Triwest through VA. If you have other insurance like United Health Care, don't tell them that because in my case they used it and I got a bill. It is now being threatened to collections. I have made multiple calls to VA and Harbor regional health and not getting results. I should not be Paying for Their mistake. I hope the Executive Director " Elizabeth Tschimperle" can rectify this problem. Thanks Michael Bisenius
