Crooked. Bought a house..had very valuable and rare totally functioning refrigerator in the kitchen and fridge/ freezer in the addition..both worked perfectly and were in great shape.inspection report even said they worked fine. Hiedi stoled them between the time I purchased and moved in. Was offered $1,000 a piece for them..but Hiedi took them..lied to me that they didn't work and she was "doing me a favor" Checked the resale value..over $5,000 worth of classic mint condition appliances. Just a lying thief!!!

I used hidi as my agent and I feel like I was screwed out of my house she was also the buyers agent and I felt like she stuck by the buyers more then me we listed my house for 479,000 and hidi swore she could sell it for that 5 acres and the house was 2300 sq feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms her friends wanted it so bad so she talked me into selling it for 360,000 then they nickeled and dimed me fix this pay for that she was suppose to have my back but didn’t she had the buyer’s back

Heidi will not respond to cash buyers via email, phone or text. Feel sorry for those sellers that don't get competitive bids and a higher sale price. Worst real estate agent experience in Washington sadly.
