AVOID THEM AT ALL COST I orally agreed to pay Harbor Ready Mix $837 including all taxes and fees for the delivery of 3 yards of dyed concrete. The first truck arrived and delivered ~2.25 yards, however it came up well short of the 3 yards promised. The forms we were pouring into were meticulously measured. These guys have been late for the last 5 pours we’ve had with them. I never write reviews but had to on these guys. Horrible customer service

I have a Landscaping company is SF/Bayarea in which we have earned a 5 star review from our clients because we take care of our customers and tell them what they need to know with time. I am very professional and i know that without a client there is no business! So, I called Harbor 1 week or so out to set up a day to pour a job we are doing in San Bruno. Honestly I've only used Harbor Ready mix once - today - and I also ordered their pump, pea gravel, 6 sack mix. It was nice concrete, no too much slump which can be a problem with pumped concrete. They were on time and helpful, left the site clean and no extra charges for dumping the excess out of the pump back into the mixer. Paul Acme Builders Inc.
