Horrible doesn’t come close to describing my experience with 2 different providers at Harbor Psychiatry. Both were fresh from college, no experience, and no understanding of how to safely prescribe or deprescribe medication. If you are reading this right now and considering this as a place to receive psychiatric care, avoid this pill factory. Go to a reputable place like UCI or UCLA.

About once a year, I'm greeted by the rudest, most miserable receptionists I've ever had to speak to in my entire life. It's a genuine culture shock LOL I don't know how these people have the audacity to talk like this in a professional environment.

This review reflects my personal experience with the biofeedback therapist, Aidin Tajbakhsh. I was referred by another provider to try biofeedback to help manage my stress and anxiety. Within Harbor Psychiatry and my insurance network, there was only one biofeedback provider available, so this therapist was my only option. This office delivers the most inconsistent, chaotic care I’ve ever experienced. I genuinely wish I could give negative stars for the first provider I was assigned. Darrell Deguzman is, without exaggeration, the most unprofessional psychiatric provider I’ve ever dealt with. After our very first session, I immediately called the office to file a complaint and request a different provider and started looking at other locations altogether. 0/10 Would not recommend - Asked for refills on medication multiple times but they kept delaying the process - cancelled 3 appointments in a row and didn’t give me the reason - multiple rude staff and one of them has an bird brain because I repeated myself 10 billion times since they didn’t know the name of an medicine called Zyprexa and asked me to spell it like don’t you work here??
