Having received a proposal and upon doing research on this company, I found the one person who gave the 3 star review. He confirms Harbor Private Equity is a fraudulent business practice, existing solely to collect upfront fees and disappear. Zero is too high a rating.
Never do business with this Firm, they are crooks who take your fees and never fund - WARNING
I had a HORRIBLE experience with Chris Polk and Joe Cohen. They strung me along for 4 months always asking for more money, always 2 weeks away from refinance. Promised to return my money if they could not preform. DO NOT SEND MONEY!If you get “southern charmed” by Chris Polk into doing business with these guys ask him to put the money in escrow and see what happens.Ask him for some references and see what happens.All these 5 star reviews are fake paid for reviews he cannot prove he knows a single one of them.
With Regard to the post from Jonathan Anderson-Ingebrigsten and the response from Chris Polk. This company is a complete scam. Their response is that if a property is going to be of value, it cannot be demolished. On this property in question, there were 13 buildings on the property. Each one of those building were less than 1000 square feet. The main building, which was 15,000 square feet was to remain.
