I wish there was a half of star because this doesn’t deserve a full star. My love one lives here and I wish she would move. Not having an elevator since July is unjustifiable. I’ve seen people on oxygen struggle with the stairs and it’s affected they’re day to day living. I’m hoping everyone living here is putting their rent in escrow because they’ve violated the lease. Like people have previously mentioned the elevator is broken and has been for a ridiculous amount of time. It should have been dealt with in the first week let alone month and we are well beyond that. As a senior living community some people rely on the elevator to get around since there are 3 floors.
Horrible , elevator still broken , i feel sorry for the resident's, I have kept up with this sad story in another state. 10/19/22
