Jose and the maintenance team are the best!
Very nice, well maintained and clean community. Jose and the maintenance staff are top notch, they care about community as a whole; always keeping it clean and updated. But most importantly they care about the residents and always resolve issues with a sense of urgency. Jose is always easy to get a hold of and makes himself available.
Very nice community with plenty of amenities. Apartments are good size and are well maintained. Most have garages which is a plus in SC. Pool tennis pickleball courts are all refurbished. One of the most important concerns renting is the upkeep and maintenance of the properties. The maintenance team here especially Jose are friendly and work hard to keep the property top notch. Lastly, when there is a maintenance issue the team is quick to react and get the problem resolved quickly. Thanks Jose and team.
Jose always has a smile on his face, doesn't waste time and is great at what he does. He's definitely part of the foundation to Harbor pointe!
