We lived in this place for (8) years. The multiple deficiencies and complete lack of oversite on this property was horrible. We notified them multiple times of lights that were out in the complex, people's animals pooping everywhere, garbage piled up absolutely pathetic. After 8 years of living in the same apartment of course the kitchen tile was always dirty we could never get it clean. We lived in this place for (8) years. For a while the manager, (Michelle) lived on-site but her constant wine drinking created problems. I currently live in Harbor Pointe apartments in Gig Harbor and have for four plus years. I will be moving next month when my lease ends. If I could have moved sooner I certainly would have. This complex is the worst managed complex of any I have lived in. The kids are allowed to run crazy with no rules of where they should play or restrictions on the noise and their screaming constantly outside and defacing property. The managers have not a care in the world of anything you might complain about and rarely in the office. Good... read more
Look else where to live this apartment is a joke. It’s clear that the reviews on this site are fake this isn’t a 5 star hotel that’s for sure. This is just the slum of gig harbor.
