We had a great Christmas getaway at the Sweet Spot. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and it was the exact peaceful setting that we needed. The house was colorfully decorated, the living area and kitchen were both functional and open. We found the rooms to be very spacious and the beds were so plush and comfortable. We felt like we were staying in a 5-star hotel, rather than a rental home. We really enjoyed having our morning coffees and afternoon cocktails on the dock watching the quiet action on the bay. The house was also baby friendly for our busy 7 month old daughter. We definitely hope to go back one day.

Beachfront rental was HORRIBLE! Structurally damaged and filthy. Sent agency pictures of structural issues and ceilings covered in BLACK MOLD. Repeat attempts for resolution to Harbor Point with no reply. Beware.
