i got a regular pedicure, after not choosing from the spa pedicure i felt like the women doing my toes was not as through with the pedicure itself. she took very little time to do the pedicure itself. very quick soak and taking off the dead skin. overall the place is clean and people seem to come here often. when the pedicure was done she told me to dry my nails but did not turn on the dryer so i had to figure out how to turn it on on my own. not sure if it was just my nail tech
Edit: I’m obsessed with my nails. Prolly the best set ever had for summer. Fantastic job, very professional, I’ve always loved my nails when I come here. They know about every technique and are killer when it comes to uv gel refills. My natural nails have never been so strong and long! So beautiful!
This place is a like a quick car wash for nails. I had not done my nails and feet in years so I got one of their full signature pedicures and a gel manicure with tips applied the first time I went. The tips did last long but the service was rushed and aggressive. I did not feel pampered at all. When I went back to remove the tips and get a regular manicure it was painful. The gel manicures i get here always last so long which i love, but the work is inconsistent depending on who you get, their cleanliness is very questionable, and overall it’s not the most pleasant experience. A spa should be pleasant!! They get upset with you when you don’t pay cash. They try to get by and not use the fresh packaged nail tools.
