Edit: I’m obsessed with my nails. Prolly the best set ever had for summer. Fantastic job, very professional, I’ve always loved my nails when I come here. They know about every technique and are killer when it comes to uv gel refills. My natural nails have never been so strong and long! So beautiful!

This place is a like a quick car wash for nails. I had not done my nails and feet in years so I got one of their full signature pedicures and a gel manicure with tips applied the first time I went. The tips did last long but the service was rushed and aggressive. I did not feel pampered at all. When I went back to remove the tips and get a regular manicure it was painful. The gel manicures i get here always last so long which i love, but the work is inconsistent depending on who you get, their cleanliness is very questionable, and overall it’s not the most pleasant experience. A spa should be pleasant!! They get upset with you when you don’t pay cash. They try to get by and not use the fresh packaged nail tools. Harbor Point Nail and Spa is hands down the best nail salon I’ve been to! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The salon is spotless, beautifully designed, and has a calming atmosphere. My nail technician did an amazing job. Received the dip powder on my nails. Chipped, cracked, and peeled after just a few hours. On every single nail. Went back the next day and was told it was my fault. They were nice enough to try and fix them, by doing the service over again. Unfortunately, it happened again just a day later. I have never had this experience before. I am curious if they are just using poor quality polish or the curing process is rushed.
