My recommendation would be to find another business if you need A/C! The owner was one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. He made no effort to be cooperative and actually seemed to postpone the installation because he wanted the owner of the house to upgrade, and the owner did not. When the installers finally arrived after a two-week wait, I was told by the owner not to ask the installers any questions about the order and when it arrived! This company works with a home warranty companies only I understand. It took us 3 weeks to finally get someone out to our rental unit for the AC. Numerous wrong numbers, wrong addresses, etc.The service man was nice but I was told that they only work with home warranties. Something had to be replaced (of course). Although it took 3 weeks for a service call it took about 1 hour to place the call for payment. Than we were told that they do not have a ability to crate a statement. Update 9/11/14: Tried to call again to give them another chance prior to contacting BBB. Their number is no longer in service. Shocker! Still going to contact BBB. They have cost us over $1000 and we still have NO A/C!!! ***** They have been out to our house twice. The first time last December and fixed our unit so we could have heat. We didn't know the A/C portion was not fixed right until we tried to use it in May. So again we had to pay for them to come out. We again, thought it was fixed.
