Been here 5 years, people don't respect your belongings or property. Management doesn't care either. Tired of seeing nasty neighbors everywhere, time to get out of here. Don't recommend this place at all.
bad management...never would of moved here with knowing a property agent would be telling my business to others tenants
Lived there for 15 years and it’s gone to shite. Management doesn’t care about residents only about $$$. Had a registered sex offender across the street and when I told management they asked how I found out. Moved shortly after
RecommendedMy family and I absolutely love living here. The prices are reasonable and the neighbors are friendly. Phil (manager)is AMAZING and treats us like family. I recommend Harbor Point Estates to anyone who is looking for a safe and peaceful place to live while not paying outrageous prices.
Been living here 35 years- people in the park need to step up and take care of there yards and homes- disgusting-:(
