This facility needs to be closed down. Don't ever allow anyone to send your children here. They come out worse than when they went in. The staff is constantly picking fights with the children and stating that it's the children's fault. I tried to talk to my granddaughter on the phone and I hear someone in the background yelling, if I had anything to do with it, you won't get out of Here until January. They need to learn how to treat these children with respect that they won't respect back from the children.I'm now trying to ... read more

This has gotta be one the worst places in The Universe!! From the staff belittling the youth yelling cursing being very disrespectful to the youth this is the worst of the worst . How is this a place for our youth to get help? when the staff is a major trigger to them they say these reviews aren’t true but they are I got to see every example exactly how Harbor Point matches the comments their not here to help youth their here to exploit them

I was at Harbor Point for a year and a couple of months, and I loved it there. From day one, the staff had been incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They truly made this place feel like home. I loved being there. I was there for so long the staff and residents became my family. One staff I want to shout out is Ms. Katrina, she made me feel cared for, and loved very much, she made my stay there so much easier, and it went by fast. I was very sad to leave there. The beginning of October I went to harbor point behavioral health. At first I thought it was okay, but then it started getting worse and worse by the day. Staff are very rude and disrespectful towards the residents and talk crap about other staff and residents. There are very much signs of favoritism towards other residents, buying stuff for them that they don't need even if they have stuff like they have parents to bring them things or other stuff like that.
