My husband and I had a disappointing experience with Harbor Plumbing in Elizabeth City. The plumber initially arrived without the tool needed to complete the repair and had to leave to get it. After the work was finished, we asked for an invoice and were given one that we felt was incomplete and unprofessional. When we asked to pay by credit card, we were told that wasn’t possible and were asked to write a personal check payable to the plumber rather than to Harbor Plumbing.
