Best place I have ever lived. The front office is polite and genuinely concerned about your needs. Anything that needs fixing, which is little at this point, is taken care of quickly. The building is clean and quiet. There are a couple of restaurants handy, Barrios and soon an On the Corner Grill. It has a great view of the river and a quarter mile boardwalk that runs along it right outside the door.
