Upon moving out- leasing office only sent 1 singular link to pay for 'damages' after 25 days, provided no supporting documents for such damages, no move-in/moveout checklists and inspection reports, no itemized damges but only 1 general term, no itemized deductions on deposit thats been paid when moved in, and they only responded to you via informal text message 'explained' to you that 'damages' covered all they found- no picture, all talks. Me and my husband didn't have clean water for 15 days. We had to threaten to get a lawyer and sue them for them to fix it. It took them 5 months to finally fix our dishwasher
