Very quiet atmosphere I work a lot so being able to just come home a relax without any extra noise is a plus My Family and I were expecting something totally different and Harbor Oaks has exceeded our expectations Staff is friendly and I wouldn't change our decision about living here
The management would and did intentionally and illegally conditioning and delaying necessary maintenance orders until renewal of lease, otherwise, they found it ok to leave you in an inhabitable environment until your lease ends. The most unprofessional manager in the whole industry who has absolutely zero knowledge and understanding on state laws. What's more, the maintenance team would actually damage your apartment while they're working on orders.
Lived there many years ago while I was in the military. They dyed the carpet, and showed me a show apartment instead and I fell for it and on the day I moved in- the carpet was wet with brown juicy stuff! The cabinets were painted brown and they were old! It smelled like weed in every room! Rent went up from 980 to 1180 in four years. The worst part was the electric bill! My family and I lived in Harbor Oaks for a year and a half. After a year of living there, our rent went up by $200. They claim not to allow drugs on the property, but we found needles and syringes constantly. We had issues with squirrels living in our ceilings, and when we complained, they said they would have someone out to solve the issue. It took a squirrel literally chewing a hole through our ceiling into our daughter's room before they took our complaint seriously. All they did was patch the ceiling and said to let them... read more
Would not recommend living here because kids steal stuff off your porch and now I have to buy a camera for my window. May have to find a new place to live now when my lease is over.
