The people here are most Pleasant and the amenities are awesome both pools are really big and even a clubhouse very glad to be living here
Stay away! Harbor Oaks has gone to hell in hand basket since I first moved there in November 2012. It had a lovely community vibe and management and staff did a great job of running the place back then. But, management has gradually gone down the tubes over the last few years. The last straw was the departure of Mindy, the property manager for 20 years. She was the last vestige of decency and humanity.
