After visiting Cape Coral Nissan’s service department and getting no results, I contacted Harbor Nissan to see if we could get our 2024 Nissan in to have them look at it. I spoke with Jacob (someone who actually knows customer service) and explained the situation. He immediately said, to bring it in, even though we had no appointment, and they would take a look at it. Just bought a used Nissan Sentra from another dealer but ended up having to bring it into service at Harbor Nissan for an issue. While there I found out there was an open recall on the car. I've been to Harbor Nissan Service dept. twice in the last two weeks and have had a very pleasurable experience with them. Dee Dee, Scott, and the courtesy driver were just as nice as can be! Everyone there is very nice! Thank you!
