I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. Two of us visited for a simple consultation. One of us had recently completed an exam and cleaning elsewhere and only wanted a brief professional opinion. Before the visit, we clearly explained the situation to the front desk and asked about potential charges and insurance coverage. It’s not easy to find a dentist you can trust. I’ve been to some bad ones. I had an appointment today with Dr Kunert and was reminded how lucky I am to have found such a great dentist. I had been to another dentist, prior to this visit, who was recommending way too many procedures all of a sudden. Most didn’t make sense. My experience with Dr. R. Kunert DDS was very negative. He insisted on dental Xrays at his office which I did not want because I just had them done a couple of months prior at another dental office. It became an unpleasant situation. Because his dental hygenist was very good I continued going every 6 months. In 7 years Dr. Kunert never gave me an oral exam nor were the xrays checked closely.
