I waited on hold for over 15 minutes just to return a call. I was greeted rudely and not helped at all. If Celeste Crowley was not there I would never want to deal with them again.
This place as a primary care office is a complete joke. They were booking regular primary care appointments a year and half out. Now my primary care NP is leaving so they are all together just dropping my family and we are on our own to find a new primary. What kind of healthcare organization does that?!!!
Save yourself the hassle and don't go here. I was a patient here for several years, and it's impossible to actually get your annual. I booked for October '24 the year prior. Come October (a week before the appointment) , the NP needed to reschedule as she was going to be out on vacation. When I called back to reschedule, they couldn't see me until July of '25. If anyone knows of a primary care doctor who actually listens and doesn't try to prescribe you X,Y, and Z, please, let me know. Harbor Medical/Brigham is a scam and a rip off. Stop prescribing bull**** and actually try to help your patients.
