I have had to deal with Dr Zarella on multiple occasions and all of these dealings have been horrific! She has falsified after visit notes on 2 different occasions! She is also 100% against meds! I called on a Saturday for something for pain (which I never do!)after getting out of the hospital with kidney stones. She told me I had to track down my doctor from the hospital for that and that her office doesn’t do any prescriptions on the weekend! She said if I cant manage go back to ER. Clean, well staffed, well equipped, very friendly and caring associates and very knowledgeable Doctors and Nurses.

I'm sure they are great as long as you get sick when it's convenient for the doctor.

7 months pregnant and all I need is a referral for a diabetes center. I have an appointment at 3 and show up a few minutes early like they ask you to. 3:40 comes along, I have not been called in yet. I go up to the desk and ask how long since I need to get my son from school. Her response is that this doctor is always at least an hour late and today it's going to be at least another hour. So over an hour and 45 minute wait JUST to be called in. Switched to a new office and doctor right then and there.
