I have been on the waiting list for 2 1/2 years now and I was told I have another 2 years on the waiting lists. This is crazy!!
I’m sure these apartments are nice but falsely advertising that you have units available is just wrong. I called today to inquire about an “available” 1 bedroom unit and was told “ I’m sorry there are no units available at this time; but we are accepting $35 for an application fee”. My question then was “when can you tell me when you’re expecting a unit to come available?” Response “oh we are on a 2 year waiting list.” So basically they just want your 35 bucks - who can wait 2 years for a place to live?!!!?
Absolutely a horrible office. Advertisement shows apartments available. You call and no one ever answers the phone. You leave message after message to inquire about renting and still no one calls you back. Just simple respect to get a call back to a potential renter. One who has a high credit score, and someone who would have taken great care of their property. Sure hope they don't work on commission. They'd never make a dime.
