Harbor Loft Apts. Poorly Maintained/Managed Subsidized Housing These are not loft style apartments; they are low quality subsidized units in the worst part of the most dangerous city in MA. The only way to get into these apts. is if you qualify for soc. sec. benefits and are disabled or elderly. The management is less than helpful, the neighbors are street people and drunks. Harbor Loft Apartments I completely disagree with the former reviewer. I live at Harbor Loft Apartments and I have a very nice apartment, recently renovated that faces the ocean and I can see Lynn and Nahant beaches. Its a great location right across from the college. You can walk to Lynn Arts, the library, the supermarket, the bus station, but mostly the beach is only a ten minute walk. They have Residential Service Coordinators that make your living there more enjoyable and maintainence for your apartment is usually next d... read more
