Very unprofessional, they don’t care about you , none of these places do . The true source of power is through our savior Christ , All things are possible through God . These places do not care at all . Very rude . I felt like I was talking to somebody off the street . Not a person of profession . I am not sending my loved one here . Things have changed tremendously since I’ve been here in 2022 .
I've read past reviews and it's disheartening to hear given my time while short was beneficial. Yes the men's bathroom was atrocious but I dare you to make me one rehab facility that accepts medicaid insurance where the men's bathroom doesn't look bad. Sacred Heart for example is supposed to be the top tier for bottom insurance and the men there never flush leave their stuff all over it's like that especially in detox grown men don't know how to use proper hygene. I called like 3 times throughout the day to make sure everything was all good and set up for me to come yet when I show up at 10:15pm the guy tells me to wait in the lobby until 11pm. Come 11:30 he's laughing and joking right behind the lobby door like I cant hear & see him. Then he gone take all my stuff out my bag check me all that while I'm sick with-drawling just for this nurse to say i don't have enough drugs in my system to be there like duh i came here to withdrawal now its like 12Am im sick thankfully I found a ride ... read more
The detox facility takes people off the street 24/7, that’s an amazing thing. The detox nurses deal with a lot and do it with kindness, compassion, and composure. I am incredibly grateful for the rest they provided me that I was in desperate need of. If you are a person with the capacity to donate to a facility, this is the one. They are operating with limited resources.
