The move in was super easy and quick! Mike and Peter at the front office are true gentleman, and assistant you with anything you may need for the apartment. It’s been great so far and my girlfriend and I are very thankful for this opportunity to live in harbor landing! Highly recommended
Harbor Landing is the best place I ever lived. Nicer than the apartment I have here now in California. So many amenities. I was spoiled. The leasing team handled any problems or concerns. Jonida, Mike and Peter all on the team and were a pleasure. The place is very clean and my apartment was spacious. I miss the friends and furry friends I met on the second floor. I just moved here not too long ago and I’m very happy that I made this choice! The people are very friendly and the place is kept very clean! This is the place that you want to rent! Since I moved here last February 6, 2024 I’m still here 1111/01/24 and I’m so excited to be living here! Everyone is like family to me. They have many functions which I always look forward to attend. It’s a very friendly atmosphere! The maintenance people are the best too!

By the far the best living situation in the area for the price point of close to $2000. Building is new and in an up and coming neighborhood. Ground floor apartments have high ceilings, appliances are new but wiring is poor (something trips my fuse box once a week), and the buildings and apartments are pretty clean. Maintenance team is usually good. Most importantly, this complex recently changed ownership from a lacking and cheap company to Greystar, which in my experience is far superior and responsive to other companies. ... read more
