We needed access to install sod, so I contacted the office for assistance. She explained the procedure to enter, and I called my driver back to relay the instructions. However, by that time, they had already gained access after another resident opened the gate. She then told me that my driver should not follow residents through the gate, even though she was aware they had been struggling to get in to complete the job.
