Rude finance guy. The car was a fleet vehicle owned by the dealership so they knew about accident damage but didn't disclose it. Didn't give us the 2nd key and made us drive back to get it. Promised the missing floor mats and we had to fight to finally get them. Worst car purchase experience ever. RUN
Jose Cruz, was ours salesman. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Dolan was nice to work with to get to our price. Jose made the paperwork fun. Absolutely love my new Santa Fe. ❤️
I have been having an issue with my car and have gone through Hyundai customer service to find a place where to fix it. I visited 3 different Hyundai. This one was by far the best one. Andres for being helpful as the initial point of contact, and Maria with the whole service and explanation of what to expect. I think this is the only Hyundai ill take my car too from now on. There is many reasons on why my review is rated this way, the first was the delay that it took for the advisor, Manuel Miramontes, to let me know my car was ready, the body shop had sent my car back to harbor Hyundai on Friday, July 3rd, Manuel Miramontes sent me a text letting me know my car was ready on Wednesday, July 8th, They gave me a loaner vehicle that was not washed or vacuumed in the inside and returned my car as filthy as they gave me the loaner car, my car was fresh out of the wash when I gave it to them, not onl... read more
