I used to loath visiting the auto dealership when I needed a new car or truck. The whole family at Harbor. Hyundai has changed my mind. I have been very disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from Harbor Hyundai. I’ve been trying to get information regarding a rebate check, but every time I call, I’m given different and conflicting answers. Some representatives say it is handled by corporate, while others indicate it should come directly from the dealership. No one has been able to provide a clear or consistent response. Came to Harbor Hyundai to check out the IONIQ 5 and was greeted by Oscar. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly listened to my needs as a customer with a budget I wanted to stick to. In November of 2016, I purchased a CPO 2013 Santa Fe Sport with 23k miles on it. I was initially happy with the deal, as I desperately needed a replacement vehicle. Within a year, the paint began to bubble and peel, not to mention a recall on the engine for excess metal shavings during manufacturing. It was deemed "unaffected " and returned to me shortly.
