Very peaceful and calm area
Just a visitor. Not too bad rent for a 1 bedroom, definitely need some upgrades. Loved that the basement apartments have heated floors.
Yes, rent is cheap and with that being said… it comes with lack of communication between the office staff and tenants. Horrible customer service. Hard to reach and the list goes on! If I could give them a 0 star rating I would have.
Go to another apartment complex, the complex manager is rude. Jan. 2021 I moved in with a dingy carpet, gaps in the tiles on the floors, tape on the screen windows, air conditioner smell of mildew and when asked for repairs for the carpet... I was denied. No pool either, eventhough the advertise that there is a pool.
