The level of professionalism, empathy, and kindness shown by the entire staff of Harbor Hospice truly blew me out of the water. Not only were they there quickly to help us move to the next step in my Grandmother's journey - they sat and actually listened to us (for quite a long time, we have some talkers in our family) in our moment of grief, and walked us through everything before doing any level of paperwork.
