I recently had my Grandmother in this Portland facility and our family couldn’t have had a better experience. It was an extremely difficult and sad time as my Grandmother made quick changes in the hospital and the transition to hospice was swift and efficient. Michele Martinez, the CEC, as well as all of the IPU staff were professional, compassionate, and excellent in their attentiveness. Thank you so much to the entire team for taking care of our beautiful mom in last few hours of her life. We are grateful for life for your compassion, kindness, expertise and most importantly for help making sure our mom was pain free, comfortable and was able to “ Go Home “ with dignity.
