My honest review would be 0 stars! It is a for-profit agency that only cares about bonuses, which they only receive if the patient survives for 3-5 days, depending on their level of care and location. The marketing people will sell you the moon and the stars to get you to sign consents with them (one in particular). They do not care to listen to the employees who voice their concerns and the work environment is toxic. It is a clown show at the central office. My Mom passes away with Alzheimer's & for a few weeks before she passed Harbor Hospice was there for us. EVERYONE treated her with such respect even when she could be difficult at times. I encountered several different nurses & care givers that took care of her & I couldn't recommend them highly enough!

The staff and service you receive is the best.
My dad transitioned 2 days ago. He was at Harbor Hospice for a week. The nurses began by asking him if this was truly his decision. They were attentive & the facility is clean. They explained what was going on when he began declining. They were able to relate to me as a nurse myself, & as his daughter. It’s not a decision to be made lightly, but if hospice is decided upon, this was a great facility with great staff.
