We hired Harbor Home Builders in Punta Gorda to help complete our Hurricane Ian repairs after doing much of the work ourselves. We were told they “stand behind their work” and would complete the punch-out list. That was not our experience. We were asked for final payment over 6–8 weeks while multiple items remained unfinished. We ultimately paid based on assurances that the remaining work would be completed. As a business owner in Port Charlotte designing builder renderings and floorplans, we have worked with Cindy at Harbor Home Builders for several years. We have completed many design projects and have always had a pleasant interaction. Cindy, as well as the person answering the phone, have always been very polite and professional. Working together is always a pleasure. I believe this spills over to their workmanship as I have always heard great things about them.

I'm starting the building process with Harbor Home and so far it's been great. Ron and Cindy are very helpful and they took the time to pick a design my wife and I really love. It was very hard to choose a builder considering I don't live in Florida Ron and Cindy put me at ease. I'm looking forward to work with the rest of the team through the building process hopefully it'll go smoothly. Thanks again
