This is a review of the financial aspect. Clinically, they are very good. But they have owed me a refund of over $600 for two months now and they won’t return my calls. DO NOT PREPAY for your surgery. I’m a physician and I know how the system works.
From check-in to checkout, the staff were caring, professional, and great bedside manner. I couldn’t recommend this place more for outpatient surgical care.
The office staff is extremely hard to work with, starting with scheduling and all the way through to the billing process. To avoid a huge headache I would avoid this place.
Payment was made in August. Billing department isn't even in the Maryland area. They lost my payment and stated it would take 15 BUSINESS days to look for it. Glad I paid via credit card and have proof so they can not send the bill to collections for their error because apparently this won't be resolved until early October. I will decline care here in the future.
5/5 LOL! I was super nervous but the entire team from when I parked to when I left the facility put me completely at ease. Everyone was super friendly and it was obvious everyone knew exactly what they were doing. Drove here from Virginia and totally worth it!
