We spent $5000 on a new coil with these guys and bought a maintenance program. I have tried calling for months now and can’t get anyone to answer or a return call. I finally had to call someone else. I would not use these guys, I feel completely lied to and ripped off after diligently checking them out.

!!! EXTRAORDINARY !!! Very responsive same day service. Our new HVAC system installed by someone else blew Air Conditioning when set to heat. It was wired incorrectly to the thermostat and at the blower so it blew a fuse. Brad, the Owner of Harbor HVAC, responded to my call within minutes, diagnosing the issue on the phone. He sent his technician Xavier out that eve. Xavier was courteous, on time, helpful and patient and meticulously thorough. He explained everything and solved the problem in VERY short time. I have an older home and the heat and air distribution between upstairs and downstairs was terrible. I had several companies look at it, everyone said Thats just the way it is in an older home. Brad took the time to evaluate the problem and figure out a way to fix it. I couldn’t be more appreciative. Not only did he fix it, it works better then It ever did. My old furnace finally died and Harbor Heating was one of four local places I called to get bids to replace it (plus install central AC). Of those four companies, only Brad actually listened to my concerns about managing temps in this house (differences between upstairs and downstairs, strange ducting, my metal roof, etc).
