Does the staff at this senior care facility always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Was this senior care facility's staff friendly? Yes Was this senior care facility easy to locate? Fairly Easy Did the staff at this senior care facility seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Was the provider's staff welcoming to you? Yes

Yes, they went above and beyond Did the staff at this senior care facility ever take personal phone calls when they were supposed to be helping you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Are you going to visit this senior care facility again? Without a doubt!

. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. While I was there, they weren't able to answer any of my questions. It made me doubt that they knew what they were doing. The entire staff was so rude and inconsiderate mostly the RNS ARE THE RUDEST . I couldn't believe they would be so mean. It's worried me that I've heard negative feedback about this provider and now I know why!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Absolutely, the customer is always right here Would you recommend this nursing home to others? I Already Have

Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Would you recommend this nursing home to others? I Already Have Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away Did this provider have reasonable prices?
