I feel that while the people who work the customer facing counter are very genuine in their care, the communication between PCP and their patients and lab results can cause some distress. I'm not too pleased with the process of being told that I need labs done and then asking for them to be placed only to be found out they never were. It put in limbo while knowing (because you can see you lab results) that my hormones were out of whack and living with these uncomfortable symptoms.
Awesome staff, had a great experience here. Had no trouble booking an appointment and they were punctual.
My toddler recently had her first check up at Harbor Health and it was such an amazing experience that my only regret is not making the switch from ARC sooner! Dr Garza actually took time to walk us through what to expect and how best to support her at this age, it was such a treat and so important as a first time parent to get more than 5 minutes (a lot more) with her provider. The clinical staff were all amazing as well!
Everyone I've interacted with at Harbor Health East has been truly kind, friendly, and professional...I recommend this office to all my friends and colleagues! Dr. Inonog has a wonderful bedside manner - she really takes the time to listen to you and acts as a partner in your own health. I feel taken care of at this clinic which is, sadly, super rare.
