Dr. Inonog is wonderful, but unfortunately my experience with Harbor Health as a whole has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone looking for reliable, consistent care to consider other options. After spending two weeks trying to get a prescription refill, I was repeatedly transferred between departments without anyone being able to provide answers or resolve the issue. Recently moved to Austin and changed to this place as my primary care physician. What a mistake. Go elsewhere
Made an appointment at the end of February for April 29th. I was notified a few days before my appointment that due to a “scheduling change” my apt had to be canceled and rescheduled. The earliest they could get me in was the end of May. Low and behold day before my apt I get a call stating my apt needed to be rescheduled again with the earliest available in August. Once I complained and noted that this was the 2nd time this happened there was suddenly availability at the end of June. Told them to just go ahead and cancel it... read more
Reading the bad reviews of this practice I completely agree with lack of communication regarding lab results.I have been trying to talk to someone there for two weeks about results,it just results in murky messages and phone tags. Not sure why the doctor, Dr. Inong, does not answer questions in the portal. I also always seem to get charged more by their billing practices for lab work despite being in network.
