Ana was very nice when she roomed me for my appointment. The provider I saw, Karina, was kind and attentive.
My wife and I went to her appointment and their team was completely thorough and attentive. Their staff are completely professional.
When I relocated from Pittsburgh to Austin I had an absolutely horrible time finding a practice that provided the quality of care I’d become accustomed to. It was a literal nightmare hopping around and meeting with doctors and practitioners who didn’t listen, trying to work with unprofessional and unqualified staff, etc. And then…I discovered Harbor Health! I feel that while the people who work the customer facing counter are very genuine in their care, the communication between PCP and their patients and lab results can cause some distress. I'm not too pleased with the process of being told that I need labs done and then asking for them to be placed only to be found out they never were. It put in limbo while knowing (because you can see you lab results) that my hormones were out of whack and living with these uncomfortable symptoms.
Awesome staff, had a great experience here. Had no trouble booking an appointment and they were punctual.
