the worst experience ever. I took my partner to the scheduled appointment on time and she was sent back due to paperwork completion. Staff was incredibly rude, offered NO help, and mock her for being ON TIME. We are lucky that she can schedule at another office. However, someone with no access to complete their paperwork prior to the visit and gets there ON TIME won’t get the needed help. Ohhhh of course on the availability being 3 months out when you first call. Don’t go here :-)

I’m incredibly disappointed in how this plays runs. I booked an appointment 4 months ago because that was the soonest available time. I get there exactly at my appointment time, to which the receptionist said, because you didn’t fill out your paperwork before you got here, you need to quickly fill it out. 8 minutes later, I finish - to which she says I won’t be able to be seen because I was late and didn’t fill out paperwork before I arrived - which to be honest, I couldn’t, as I’m occupied a my full time job and family care... read more

Tried to refill a prescription last week. Didn't hear anything back for three business days. I called the office. They told me my PCP has been out for two weeks and couldn't give me an estimated return date. They said the PCP covering for mine is working remotely, and that they sent the refill request to them but hadn't heard back. They offered no solution, and suggested I go see another provider if I wanted to get a refill. Fortunately, this prescription isn't absolutely vital to my health, but what if it was? Harbor Health is basically an insurance company now. Your customer experience will definitely be what you would expect from an insurance company. Their systems only sort of work and are mostly designed to prevent you from doing anything.
