I will warn anyone that even considers moving into this place....DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!!!! They are a complete disaster and I'm actually going through the legal process to break this lease. I have lived there for only 6 DAYS!!! My neighbors on both sides of me have vacated the property within 3 days and both have law suits out on this company (allegedly). I moved in August, 2013. First of all, I had been advised by the leasing agent that I had my own washer and dryer. However, when I moved in they had provided a washer and dryer which I did not need. As a result, I had to pay movers to install my units and move the other washer and dryer to the storage area. This cost me an additional $ 100.00 on day one of occupancy.
