BEWARE SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE RENTING THIS PLACE. The new overseas owners Harbor Group Management or HG Living came in and ruined our beautiful community that JT, Lisa and Anthony just cleaned up. They FIRED all of our staff that made our building a home. We are now stuck with people that do not care about our packages, comfort or amenities that we pay for. This is the worst management group. They have came in and purchased the building we have been renting for 5 years and have ruined it. We can no longer receive our packages, groceries, food delivers, medications and mail during normal business hours. Delivery's sit outside the locked door. Amenities are going up, parking, storage and forcing us to pay for wifi that does not work. Garage door has been broken for months. They fired all of the friendly staff we have all grown to love and have brought non qualified people in.
Do not move into any building managed by these crooks. They will not fix anything, they will not maintain the building, and they will lie to your face and get aggressive with you when you ask for basic things like functioning elevators and an annual external window cleaning. Run away from any building managed by these people.
Literal fraudsters working for black stone to dispossess and destroy the American people. They are currently being sued for running a $100 million fraud ring.
I recently took a tour with Kayla to view an apartment and it was hands down the most helpful and in depth tour I have received yet in my apartment hunt! From a phone call to schedule a tour with me to showing me all the apartment has to offer she was truly great. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone who was looking to move and when you do, ask for Kayla!
