spoke with the manager re: a battery gone dead in an unused generator. was told batteries are like tires and not under guarantee. Gen set was on guarantee period. ok i understand. my beef is with the manager..he was "happy to be telling me this acted like "we got one over on you, didn't we" so for what was for him probably a $10 battery , he lost a good customer. i won't be back here. got a replacement batterh for $20 bucks off amazzon, n;ot the $50 he wanted.
