I haven't step foot inside this clinic... yet. I made an appointment & they mailed me the paperwork. The first sheet is a little aggressive - If you forget your ID, they will deny you your appointment, reschedule you, and charge you $50; if you haven't met your insurance's deductible, they will charge you $100 on top of your copay (but it doesn't say why), etc. I've included a pic of it with my appointment whited out. There's plenty more that really looks like we're all being punished because there have been some deliquents.... read more
Extremely nice people there, The staff and doctor are great. I highly recommend it to everyone. I love this doctor he always treats me very nice. Answers all my questions and gives me great information on how to take care of my feet.
I was appreciative of the Dr.'s ability to be so caring and not be in a hurry as is the case with most other physicians. Refreshing.
Top things to know: Added 6/2/2025: Doctor Sheikhizadeh came off his lunch break to fit me with diabetes shoes with a big smile and warm greeting. 1. Dr S is not only a foot doctor, he is also a surgeon. Thus he never needs to hand you off to a stranger. 2. If he can find a way to treat you with a less painful or less intrusive method, he will do it. 3. He actually spends his time with you, not a computer screen. 4. I have referred three people to him.
