Be aware when you arrive and talk about billing and insurance...They told us that they did not take our insurance and my wife had to pay up front. OK we did 1175.00 for the crown. Told we were paid in full. Once to my wife who was treated once to me on the phone when reviewing the bill to make sure. Once our insurance paid what was allowed got a bill for an additional $590.00 from them. Called about this and reconfirmed what was told to us both.
