Why is it that people only write bad reviews because they didn’t get their way and not glowing reviews for the great experiences they have in life? I’m shocked at the negativity towards this office due to their use of Ai. Ai is here and it’s taking over- don’t blame an office for trying to work more effectively and efficiently. The doctor uses it for not only communication but also on your X-rays to show cavities and probably other ways that I don’t know. If you want an ounce of customer service don't come here... After my dentist retired after 25 years, I decided to try a dentist within my network, close to home. This dentist office has taken AI to the extreme. I decided to book due to what I believe are inflated online reviews after reviewing the low google reviews and Nextdoor.
