If you want an ounce of customer service don't come here... After my dentist retired after 25 years, I decided to try a dentist within my network, close to home. This dentist office has taken AI to the extreme. I decided to book due to what I believe are inflated online reviews after reviewing the low google reviews and Nextdoor. Great new patient experience! The office is clean and approchable with available screens to see imaging of care, and the entire staff is is very accommodating and kind. Dentist was able to properly diagnose, review treatment options and had a great way of explaining my personalized care. Thank you Harbor Dental!
If I could give Dr. Ryan’s office 10 stars, I would. His staff is kind, compassionate, and caring. They explain everything in detail and are very transparent with costs. Dr. Ryan is amazing. He’s very thorough, friendly, and always knows how to assuage any concerns. I had a dental emergency and they made sure I was seen same day. Great new patient experience! Dr. and team were very welcoming, communicative, and though. They were able to take all scans and imaging in house, alongside review a treatment plan. Very great experience!
