Darnaisa was Nice and very pleasant to work with I’ll recommend everyone to Her. She also made my move-in process so easy. She explained everything that I didn’t understand. Also help me set up my electricity and my rental insurance. Thank you so much.
Jason showed me the property and he was very informative and friendly. He walked me through and showed me the property and was able to answer all my questions and he also was very polite social greeting all the residence with a smile and kind word. If the profit is nothing like the service I reviewed then I’m in good hands
I been here 2 weeks and I wish I’d read the reviews about the elevators I’ve waited 35 minutes for the elevator often for there’s always only one. My view and apartment is beautiful though. My floor is quiet. I’ll keep you guys posted. K&D makes too much money to not having working elevators often. The residents say telling them won’t matter some folks say it’s been this way for years. Angeeniqua was very nice and answered all our questions and gave us a tour. She was very reassuring and patient. She walked us through the application process and answered all the questions to my specific financial questions. The property was very clean and maintenance was working on things while we were visiting, which was very reassuring.
I've been a resident for 3 months and I couldn't be happier the staff are fantastic and always remember my name. Maintenance request are handled almost immediately,and the grounds are well kept. The location is excellent I love how convenient it is to everything and how quiet and tucked away from the busy areas. If your looking for an apartment I definitely recommend Harbor Crest Apts
