Harbor Crest has a great view. James came to my apartment and fixed my tub, patio door, and screen. He has done more for me today than the property has since I’ve been here. Thank you I appreciate everything you did James.

I guess they have people making up reviews because this property is terrible I am a first time renter and I wish I would have known how things was handled in this apartment . I only been here 3 months and they refuse to come fix my air conditioning this air conditioner is so old idk why it’s still even able to be put in someone unit when I wasn’t the one who broke it I was told prior to my move in date it would be fixed and yet I have put request in and it has not been fixed . 🤔🤔🤔🤔🧐🧐🧐😲😲😵💫 While reading reviews I read a reply from a office employee possibly. I was contacted a few months after I moved from waters edge apt that I owe more than 1,000 dollars for 56 bags of trash that maintenance employees removed from the one bedroom apartment I rented . I believe the apartment number is 115 or 110 . The reply states the office has no record of me renting an apartment in that building.
