My first month has been excellent thanks to Harbor Crest team, especially Ms Darnaisa who made my moving in transition seamless and stress free!
Darnaisa Blackman, was so helpful and explaining everything to us far as pricing and leasing. I was very impressed with her professionalism. And Angela Brent was such a pleasant person I was very distressed about to leave but her willingness to help and get someone to help me was very on point I really appreciate both of the women that help us.
The absolute worst apartment complex in Euclid! Nothing is never fixed or done correctly. The door is always broken so anyone can just come in, elevators never are working takes weeks to fix, they don’t abide by their own lease agreements, the leasing office women are rude, and disrespectful! The maintenance men are creeps, and also drink and smoke on the job you could literally smell it on their breath, balconies are falling apart, there are vicious dogs on the property. Habor Crest has been a blessing especially Tiffany Jackson is a wonderful person who always treats others with kindness and respect. She is incredibly considerate, making sure everyone feels heard and supported. She consistently goes the extra mile, giving her time and effort whenever I need help.
Hello I dealt with Jason for my move in process. He made the move in process simple. He gave me accurate details, he stayed in contact with me throughout the process, and he made sure to touch base with all the details and explained everything throughout my lease. If u are moving soon and interested in Harbor Crest apartments I would definitely ask for Jason.
