My car was broken into here, and apartment complex looks pretty worn down and sketch.
I'm the listing agent for 312 Broadway, Laguna Beach. These 1 bed/1 bath apartments are very nice, well maintained & reasonably priced. However, they are NOT LOW INCOME.
They remodeled it after changing building to help seniors (w/ low rent control ). Prices are way too high for very small apartments. Location is good. Bummer.
