Worst experience every time with or without an appointment. They say we take walk-ins starting at 7:30am, but won't attempt to see any walk-ins until all appointments are seen instead of at least taking 1 or 2 walk-ins between schedule appointments this way your not waiting 3-4 hours praying to get seen. The staff needs to be consistent and fair to all patients.
