Ugh. Ever since Harbor Health took over scheduling this has been a dumpster fire. Most recently, I had two appointments scheduled for my children in the same day, sealants for daughter and an emergency extraction for son. I called two times and confirmed my sons appointment and cancelled daughter appt. Got confirmation of sons extraction appointment 3 times. Drove all the way there... and they had cancelled it.
