I have been to physical therapy at Harbor City Physical Therapy for a few months now and had an excellent experience. Kim was my main PTA and was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely caring. Larry also provided great care during Kim's absence for a few visits. The entire staff is friendly and supportive, making each visit comfortable. I highly recommend Harbor City Physical Therapy for anyone in need of quality physical therapy services. Excellent staff. Very friendly and caring.
Physical therapy was great but not so much as being seen by therapist to be evaluated. Showed up for appointment and after waiting 30 minutes was told he would be late and could not tell me how much longer. They have strict standards for us showing up but not for patient. They could have told me he was running late. I told them to reschedule me and left.
